Fabrication:
The manufacture of Reformer Tubes, Cracking Coils and Outlet
Manifolds involves specialised welding. For this purpose,
Nitin is equipped with facilities for Shielded Metal Arc and
TIG welding processes. Welding is carried out by qualified
welders under strict control of Third Party Inspection Agencies.
In addition, Nitin also undertakes other fabrication jobs
in special heat resistant alloys and stainless steels. Some
of the items manufactured are:
Inlet and Outlet Pigtails
Secondary Reformer Air Burner Assembly
Retorts for gas carburising furnaces
Fabricated Radiant tubes
Impellers
Fans etc.
Nitin's machining and fabrication shops strictly adhere to
the customer designs and specifications and guarantee a high
